It is the first neighborhood shopping center developed by Grupo Patio and sets the origin of the company in 2004. All the experience allowed us to improve and move forward. It is located between Eliecer Parada and Tobalaba streets, in the Commune of Ñuñoa. It hosts an OK Market, a drugstore, 11 stores and 26 parking lots.
